The Job

It’s no secret that we expect more and more from our internet, including ever-increasing speeds. Download speeds of over 10Gbps are already within reach. We support our customers in every possible way to introduce the latest technologies to end-users as quickly as possible, ensuring a seamless user experience. Many clients come to us early in their product development to receive guidance in analysis, troubleshooting, fine-tuning, and optimization.

Key responsibilities

After an intensive internal training program, your core tasks will include:

Performing tests on Wi-Fi, cable, and fiber-optic networks.

Developing, improving, and automating tests through scripting when needed.

Analyzing and (where possible) resolving detected issues. A key aspect of this involves diving into technical specifications.

Producing high-quality reports.

Building and optimizing test setups in the lab.

You will work closely with your colleagues, exchanging ideas and refining your approach together.

Depending on your interests and team needs, you can grow into roles such as project leader, coach, trainer, consultant, or R&D engineer.

What we look for

Ideally, you hold a Master’s or Professional Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Sciences, specializing in Electronics/ICT, or an equivalent qualification.

You have a strong interest in data communication and network technology. Basic knowledge of IP is a must.

Work experience is not required. We provide on-the-job training, and your team will guide you step by step.

You are highly adaptable. Every project and challenge is different—no two days are the same.

You thrive in a flat organization with minimal hierarchy. You enjoy taking ownership of tasks and projects, where your impact is significant.

You are not only a team player but also a problem solver, always striving for continuous improvement.

You are not afraid to ask questions and escalate issues within the team when needed.

You have an eye for quality, both in your own work and within the team.

You can work autonomously and approach tasks critically and precisely.

Familiarity with scripting (e.g., Python) and related tools is a plus.

Knowledge of automation platforms is a plus.

You speak fluent English; basic Dutch is a welcome addition.

A valid driver’s license (Category B) is preferred.
