We already have a 2-day in-depth training on Wi-Fi Technology and Services. This is really aimed at technical people and not everyone needs this level of detail. This is where the new Wi-Fi Basics training course comes in! This 1-day course introduces Wi-Fi aspects on a high-level. It is ideally suited to introduce the basics of Wi-Fi to first and second line support engineers, knowledge base creators, forum moderators… who need to have an overview of the different features and characteristics without knowing the exact mechanisms. The course also provides the basics on how to plan, deploy and troubleshoot Wi-Fi networks.
