Cable Gateway and L2VPN Certification
Earlier this year we announced that Excentis now runs the EuroDOCSIS™ 2.0/3.0 and EuroPacketCable™ 1.5 certification testing on behalf of CableLabs instead of Cable Europe Labs. Six months later we are now happy to announce that two more programs have been added: Cable Gateway and L2VPN.
The Cable Gateway certification program tests various gateway/router functions in the modem/gateway based on the CableLabs eRouter specification.
The L2VPN certification program verifies compliance with the CableLabs Layer 2 Virtual Private Networks specification.
Both programs are being offered on top of both DOCSIS and EuroDOCSIS submissions. If you have an interest in any of these programs, in related training sessions or pre-certification testing, do not hesitate to contact us.
